Railway apprentice: 1,500 posts for ITI pass candidates

Merit will be based on matric and ITI marks. No exam.

Apprentices will train for one year at workshops in six cities and receive a monthly stipend of 9,000 rupees. Trades include fitter, welder, electrician, machinist and painter.
